Setting a unit on a riverside lot
The estate lots and old homes along the Charles in South Natick have plenty of room, but near the river the ground can be soft, so we scout firm footing before the unit comes down and lay boards under the feet on a spongy lawn. A cottage driveway or a compacted patch is far steadier footing than soft turf beside the river.
For a lawn event we tuck the unit or the restroom trailer where it is handy for guests but out of the photos and back from the riverbank, and we make sure the service truck can reach it down the drive without churning the grass on the way in.
Timing around the MetroWest calendar
South Natick fills the warm months with garden weddings on private lawns, milestone celebrations and steady home-renovation work, so we plan deliveries around the busiest weekends and pull units the following business day. For a series of events we can keep a placement stocked across several dates rather than dropping each time.
Give us the guest count and the schedule early, because the prime riverside weekends fill fast. For a formal celebration the climate-controlled restroom trailer keeps guests comfortable, while a smaller gathering does well with deluxe flushing units and a handwashing station.
Servicing through a MetroWest winter
Winter along the Charles gets cold and the nor'easters reach this far inland, so any off-season job gets a cleared, sanded path and a service schedule built around frozen ground. If a storm buries the placement down a long drive, tell us and we will dig out and reset the route so pickup stays on track.
For a longer winter build we favor the flushing unit, which stands up to the deep freeze better than a bare standard model, and we check the pump on every visit so nothing seizes between the hard January cold snaps along the river.
