Rentals for open land and builds
A farm event or a river-area gathering runs on deluxe flushing units and handwashing stations set on firm ground, and an open-field wedding points to the climate-controlled restroom trailer for a tent. Subdivisions going in off the wooded roads run on rugged standard units the framers reposition, and Route 114 commercial work takes standards the trades share.
We build the Middleton order around the day and the crowd. A short afternoon gathering needs less than a full reception, and a build grows its count as the schedule and the workforce expand into finish work.
Firm ground near the river
The land near the Ipswich River and Middleton Pond stays soft, so we set units and trailers on the firmest, most level spot the truck can reach, often near a drive, a barn apron, or a graded pad, and keep them off the low, wet ground. On a wooded lot we take the graded area rather than damp ground under the tree canopy.
A photo of the field and the gate tells us whether the trailer can reach the grass without dropping a wheel.
Delivery and servicing
Middleton's roads are rural and narrow between the fields, so a clear approach and a defined spot make the drop clean. For an event we coordinate the set and pickup around your load-in and breakdown so the trailer is never in the tent crew's path across the meadow.
On a long build we run a weekly service and add pickups as the workforce climbs. Through winter we plan a plowed, stable path over the open ground and route the Middleton stops around storms so a unit is serviced before the weather lands.
